Shipping policy

All unsealed items are inspected for warping and other quality issues.
All items PROPERLY packaged! WE CARE!
Shipping notification with tracking information provided via email.
We ship within 24-72 hours (up to 3 days), Monday though Friday. Ship times may be extended during sale events. No shipping on the weekends or holidays.
Consider insurance for concerns regarding USPS lost packages, if lost USPS will not refund unless the package is insured.
Shipping and billing addresses MUST be the same when paying via credit card! All orders with address issues will be cancelled and notification of order cancellation will be forwarded.
A PayPal verified account can also be used as an alternate form of payment. All orders paid through PayPal will be shipped to the address specified on PayPal. If a different address is required, a change of address MUST be specified at time of order.
Returns accepted for defective records only! In the event an item is defective from manufacturing, a replacement will be sent upon receipt of the defective item; provided the item is still available. Buyer pays shipping for returned item. Once received and inspected, the shipping cost will be refunded.
